Shipping & Returns

Return policy

Londinium has a strict no refund policy unless a garment is deemed faulty or damaged. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or incorrect selection.

All made-to-measure and customised garments are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and our team will assess the garment and provide an appropriate resolution where required.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be extended.

Once dispatched, delivery timeframes are subject to the selected shipping method and courier services. Londinium is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances once the order has left our warehouse.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Londinium is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier but not received, the customer is responsible for following up directly with the shipping provider.
